These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of keelreach.com and the Keelreach scanning service (the "Service"), operated by Keelreach ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Keelreach runs automated checks against a website URL you submit and produces a report on its foundation — areas such as security headers, exposed configuration, and reliability signals. Reports are informational and generated without human review.

Authorization to scan

You may only submit a website that you own or that you are expressly authorized to have scanned. Submitting a URL is your representation that you have that authority. You are responsible for every submission made through your use of the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service to probe, attack, or gather information about a website without its owner's permission;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt to bypass rate limits or other protections;
• attempt to access reports, data, or accounts that are not yours;
• resell or repackage the Service without our written consent.

Reports

Reports are produced automatically and provided for general information only. They are not an exhaustive security audit, a penetration test, or professional advice, and we do not guarantee that a report identifies every issue — or that every finding is accurate. You are responsible for how you act on a report.

Reports are available at unique, unguessable links. Anyone with a report link can view that report; you are responsible for whom you share it with.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, content, and reports' format, belongs to Keelreach. You retain all rights to your website and the information you submit.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keelreach will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim (or USD $100 if you paid nothing).

Termination

We may suspend or stop providing the Service to you at any time if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us or others.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
